👖👀Have you noticed a surge in sustainability and second-hand markets in Valencia lately? Pop-ups popping up, what seems to be on a bi-weekly basis. Flea markets have been around for a couple of decades, but this concept of bringing together communities, small artisans, collectors of clothes, businesses and non-professionals alike, is definitely something that has grown as a consequence of the lockdowns, but who was the first? When did this concept start in Valencia?

Well, @ilquartierevalencia is proud to celebrate its 5th anniversary this Sunday! Half a decade, and still growing strong. This special edition will be held at La Escuela/LOST, in Ruzafa. Sponsored by Alhambra and organized by a duo of forward-thinking entrepreneurs, the event promises to solidify the concept as something that is here to stay. Bringing together sustainability, creativity and diversity, ilMarket will have clothes stalls, talks, jam poetry, music and more. A great way to spend a Sunday, or any day for that matter. There is no entrance fee, all are welcome.

👁🔥Some of the fun activities that will take place:
12pm: Upcycling Workshop
1.30pm: Concert Monár
